Special resarch; The Otter

 The Otter is a carnivorous mammal that belongs to the mustelit family
It’s body is large, slender and flattened, measuring between 59 and 89 centimeters.
to which it is necessary to add the tail, which is wide at the base and sharp at the end.



It measures between 25-60 centimeters, more than a half the length of the head and body together.
It has short legs and between it’s fingers there is an interdigital membrane (a species of tissue that joins the fingers) that occupies it’s entire length.



The hair lustrous, thick, and waterproof, the color of the back is dark brown, more intense on the back than on the limbs, and the belly is grey, less on the throat which is dirty white. Males are usually larger than females.
